TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through heymish.se and constitute the agreement between you as the customer and Hey Mish Handelsbolag (“Hey Mish,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

  • When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. The confirmation includes details about the products, pricing, payment, and delivery address.

  • If anything in the order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hey@heymish.se.

  • To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to decline orders in cases of obvious errors (such as pricing or typographical mistakes) or if fraud is suspected.

2. Delivery

Our standard delivery times are:

  • Cards: shipped by us via PostNord within 3–5 business days.

  • Print-on-demand products (e.g., posters and home decor): shipped directly from our print partner via DB Schenker, typically within 7 business days.

 

Orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the next business day. If delays occur without prior notice of an extended delivery time, please contact us at hey@heymish.se.

International Deliveries:

  • We offer shipping to selected countries within the EU/EEA.

  • Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, but may vary depending on the destination country.

  • For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees according to the regulations of the receiving country.

3. Prices

  • All prices on heymish.se are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT.

  • For international purchases, prices are shown including Swedish VAT. However, any customs duties or taxes may be added according to the regulations of the destination country.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or technical issues, as well as to update prices when necessary.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act.

4.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

  • To use your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at hey@heymish.se. Include your name, address, email address, order number, and specify which items you wish to return.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the condition of the item until it reaches us.

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any decrease in value if the product has been used or damaged.

4.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • custom-made products

    • items with a personalized or unique design

    • digital content delivered electronically after your explicit consent

5. Complaints, Damages & Claims

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or does not match your order, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act.

5.1 Faulty Product or Printing Error

Because some of our products are shipped directly from our print partner, we are not able to inspect every item before delivery.

 

If you discover an issue with your product (such as a printing error, incorrect item, or missing product), please:

  • contact us as soon as possible at hey@heymish.se

  • attach photos showing the issue

  • include your order number and a brief description

 

If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace or refund the product.

5.2 Damage During Transport (Shipping Damage)

If your package is damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Document the damage immediately (photos of both packaging and product).

  • Keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.

  • Contact us right away at hey@heymish.se, including photos and your order number.

 

We will assist you in filing a transport damage claim with PostNord or DB Schenker and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund according to their guidelines.

 

Please note: Transport damages typically must be reported within 7 days of delivery in order to be approved by the shipping carrier.

5.3 Delivery Delays

We are responsible for shipping your order within the promised timeframe.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier (PostNord or DB Schenker), they are responsible for the transport.

If a delay occurs due to the shipping carrier:

  • Please contact us and we will help track your package or open a case with the carrier.

  • For extended delays, you always have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not wish to wait for delivery.
     

5.4 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive:

  • contact us at hey@heymish.se

  • we will open a case with the shipping carrier.

 

Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, you may choose:

  • a replacement sent free of charge, or

  • a full refund.
     

5.5 If We Cannot Resolve the Issue

If we are unable to correct the problem or provide a fault-free replacement, you are entitled to a refund. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): www.arn.se

6. Limitation of Liability

Hey Mish Handelsbolag is not liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the product. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as strikes, natural disasters, fire, government decisions, or disruptions caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Product Information

  • Vi reserverar oss för eventuella tryckfel, prisändringar och slutförsäljning. Färger och nyanser kan skilja sig något mellan bild och verklig produkt beroende på ljus, bildskärm och tryckprocess.

  • Vi försöker alltid återge produkterna så korrekt som möjligt.

8. Cookies

  • We use cookies to ensure the website functions properly and to enhance your user experience.

  • Cookies are used, among other things, to save your shopping cart, analyze traffic, and display relevant products.

9. Personal Data

  • By shopping with Hey Mish, you accept our Privacy Policy and our processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR.

  • We only collect the information necessary to process your order, payment, and delivery.

  • We never sell personal data to third parties.

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Hey Mish reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The most recent version will always be published on heymish.se, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that specific order.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • ​In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the customer and Hey Mish Handelsbolag, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can read more and submit a claim at www.arn.se.

  • For customers within the EU, Swedish law applies to purchases made on heymish.se. However, you always have the right to contact your local consumer advisory body for guidance or dispute resolution.

  • Disputes between the customer and Hey Mish Handelsbolag are primarily governed by Swedish law and shall be settled by a Swedish court.
